Mill Creek lacked diverse dining options until Tapped arrived with its scratch kitchen, killer beers, and rotating draft menu. Local resident Kenny Volk saw the potential and soon found himself leading the project, transforming Tapped Mill Creek into a community favorite.
A Community-Focused Journey
Kenny’s journey with Tapped began in 2021 when he was asked to evaluate Mill Creek for a new restaurant. Living nearby, he recognized the demand. The restaurant, featuring a mural by local artist Shogo Ota, opened to rave reviews, combining elements from other Tapped locations with unique touches for Mill Creek.
Building a Culture of Excellence

Expanding Horizons
Tapped Mill Creek has grown rapidly, now boasting three locations with plans for more. New concepts like Primal, a barbecue venture, promise an exciting future. Kenny’s vision includes five restaurants in five years.
